Our preferred payment method is using Paypal

This is the most cost effective method for us and allows us to pass on the savings to our customers
Paypal handle all of the credit card details, so as a result we do not store any of our customer's credit card details on our systems

Your address, contact and email details are not stored on our systems, we simply obtain your address details when you make your Paypal payment. We ship the goods directly to that address and may use the contact number supplied regarding to make delivery enquiries regarding your order.

Your address, telephone, mobile, or email details will never be used for any marketing or advertising purposes, neither would we give or sell any of your details to any other party.

Ordering online

Ordering with us is a simple process. Simply choose the product you require by clicking on the 'Add to cart' button alongside the product. You can check what you've ordered at anytime by clicking on the View Cart option at the top of the webpage. Should you wish to adjust quantities or remove a product you can do so at this time. Once you've chosen your item(s) click on the 'Secure Checkout' button and follow the on-screen instructions.

We test all of our products to ensure they are working correctly before they leave us. There is nothing more annoying than having DOA (Dead on Arrival) equipment!
We aim to test and dispatch all products within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Delivery Information

Given the value of the products we specialise in, we recommend that all deliveries are made using Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day). The price of which is included in the price you pay. Insurance is provided with Special Delivery in the event of loss by Royal Mail. We do not impose any delivery or credit card surcharges to your order. The price you see, is the price you pay. VAT, Packaging, Delivery and Insurance are all included. We believe this is the fairest and the right way to do business.

Upon receipt of your delivery, you should sign for the receipt of your order as "unchecked". We cannot accept responsibility for any deliveries which are damaged in transit if this is not the case. In the very unlikely event your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and request a "returns authorisation number".Subsequent to this you will need to send the product back to us for inspection (we recommend you use Special Delivery). We can only accept the returned product in it's original packaging, and without damage. We will then happily send a replacement at no charge to yourself. Should we find no fault with the product, you will be given a choice to either have the product returned to you (to which you will have to pay carriage) or we will still refund you, less a 20% restocking fee.

Any orders exceeding 1Kg (approx 4-5 packaged hard drives) will be sent Royal Mail Parcel Force. Please bear in mind that this is not a next day service. For any questions regarding this, please contact us before placing your order as we may be able to make alternative arrangements for you, should next day delivery be required. Please note "next day" does not apply to orders placed on a Friday or weekend.
